David Shawn Jeffries

David Shawn Jeffries, lovingly known as Toots and Bone Daddy, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 1, 2020 at the age of 71. Born April 13, 1949. Predeceased by his parents, Chick and Thelma (Forberg) Jeffries; brother, Bud Jeffries; sisters, Geraldine Howell and Maxine Heinrich and wife, Shirley (Plapp) Jeffries. He is survived by his loving wife, Valerie (Anderson) Jeffries; daughter, Rachel Jeffries; son-in-law, Adam Waters; son, Chris Keller; daughter-in-law, Brooke Keller; stepdaughters, Marlo Redwine, Christy Hughes, Kelly Lay, Ashley Whited, and Brittany Whited; sisters, Janet Allen, Barbara Wilke and Diane Beyerlein; brother, Donald Jeffries; granddaughter, Olivia Waters; grandson, Dean Waters; his 13 dear grandchildren and many special nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Friday, November 6, 2020 from 10:00 AM until time of service at 12:00 PM at the Lighthouse Church, 7061 Sparks Lane, Hamilton, OH 45011. Masks required. He was a loving husband, father, brother, best friend and Papa. He was one of a kind, who everyone undoubtedly would say , he was cool, goofy, inspiring and someone who cannot be replaced.
