Douglas Protzman

Beloved son, brother and devoted father, Douglas M. Protzman, age 42, passed away Monday, March 16, 2020. He was born in Cincinnati on November 29, 1977. He is the son of Martin D. Protznan and Katherine “Kitty” Converse. He graduated from Northwest High School in 1996. Doug received a bachelor’s degree of Business Administration in 2002 from the University of Cincinnati. Doug was part of the Cincinnati Financial Family as a commercial insurance underwriter since 2006. He was an active member of the Germania Society, the Liberty Home German Society, as well as a part of the Sons of the American Legion in Hamilton. Doug is survived by his daughter, Lucy Protzman; son, Vinny Protzman; his mother, Kitty Converse; his sister, Jillian Cardullias and niece, Peyton Protzman. He is preceded in death by his father, Martin Protzman. Arrangements for rememberence are pending due to current World health situation. Upcoming arrangements will mostly likely include John Wesley United Methodist Church & Germania Society on Kemper Road as well as Colligan Funeral Home in Hamilton.
