Esther Beasley

Esther (Sander) Beasley, age 71, of Hamilton, Ohio, passed away Friday, September 5, 2014 at Hospice of Hamilton. Born February 13, 1943, the eldest daughter of Urban and Esther (Luensmann) Sander of Hamilton. She spent many years working at the Hamilton Courthouse, Journal News and retired in 2008 from ECI as a caregiver and manager. Esther was kind, loving and always had a kind word for others. She loved her family, friends and adored her grandchildren. Her smile and laugh were contagious, she brought joy and love to all that were in her presence. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, James Beasley; son, Jim Beasley; four grandchildren, Megan (Ryan) Roginski, Olivia Crouch, Abby Crouch and Xander Clark and many other family members. Esther was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Virginia (Beasley) Clark and brother, Bud Sander. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to Hospice of Hamilton in memory of Esther, 1010 Eaton Ave., Hamilton, OH 45013. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 9, 2014 from 6:00 PM -8:00 PM at the Colligan Funeral Home, 437 S 3rd Street, Hamilton, OH. Prayer services will be conducted 9:15 AM Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at the Colligan Funeral Home followed by Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 AM at St. Julie Billiart Church, 224 Dayton Street, Hamilton, OH and burial in St. Stephens Cemetery.
