Frances Fowler

Frances Barrett Fowler , age 90, of Hamilton, passed away Friday, April 1, 2011 at Garden Manor Extended Care. Frances, one of twelve children , was born on February 11, 1921, in Hamilton, the daughter of Horace and Anna (Wilson) Glover. On March 24, 1942 she was married to Jack N. Barrett and he preceded her in death in 1978. On July 25, 1980 she married William Fowler and he preceded her in death in 2004. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, she is survived by her children; Jackie Rutherford, Michael Barrett, Thomas Barrett, Pam (James) Sauer, Beth Kremer, Chris (Sherry) Barrett; twelve grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Prayer service 10:15 AM Monday, April 4, 2011 at the Colligan Funeral Home, 437 S. 3rd Street, Hamilton. Followed by Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Church. Interment in St. Stephen Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday at the funeral home from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM.The family wishes to extend a special thanks to the Vitas Hospice staff and to the staff at Garden Manor.
