Joan Bacon

Joan (Rose) Bacon,age 91, of Liberty Twp., passed away Sunday, May 2, 2021. Joan was the daughter of Frank and Irene (Wolverton) Rose. She was a graduate of Hamilton High School. Joan enjoyed sewing and square dancing. A devoted wife and mother, she will be greatly missed by her husband of 72 years, Howard "Hotsie" Bacon; son, Rick (Donna) Bacon; grandchildren, Gerry (Tammi) Bacon, Cathy (Josh) Berger and Andy (Stephanie) Bacon and great grandchildren, Logan, Colin, Brady, Harper and one on the way. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Frankie Bacon; brother, Wayne Rose and sister-in-law, Juanita Brandner. Visitation will be at the Colligan Funeral Home on Thursday, May 6, 2021 from11:00 AM until time of service at noon. Interment in St. Mary Cemetery. Thursday, May 6, 2021 12:00 PM
