Lois Clark

Lois M. Clark, age 89, of Fairfield, passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2017. She was born December 27, 1927 in Hamilton, the daughter of Alex and Nell (Ruhl) Barrett. Lois was a 1945 graduate of Wayne Township High School and was a 1948 graduate of Mercy School of Nursing. On June 21, 1948 she was united in marriage to John R. Clark. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church and the Lindenwald Kiwanis of Hamilton. Lois retired from Mercy Hospital in June 1989 and enjoyed reading and puzzles. Survivors include five children, Vickie (Randy) Hatton, John (Wanda) Clark, Jeff (Carla) Clark, Katherine (Bill) Garrett, and Janet Clark; five grandchildren, Tim Webb, Eric Clark, Samantha (David) Wuchter, Matthew and Erin Garrett; great-grandchildren; sister, Iris (Kenneth) Brewer; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Johnny Clark January 28, 2006; grandson, Kevin Webb; sister, Marian Buzan and brother, Jack Barrett. Visitation will be Sunday, July 9, 2017 at the Colligan Funeral Home from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM. A 10:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, July 10, 2017 at Sacred Heart Church. Interment in St. Stephen Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Sacred Heart Church or to the Lindenwald Kiwanis of Hamilton, P O Box 13082, Hamilton, OH 45013.
