Mary Lee (Hazard) Trauthwein, age 62, of Hamilton passed away Monday, October 25, 2010. The daughter of Arthur and La Verne (Fusick) Hazard, she was born in Hamilton on August 12, 1948. She was a 1967 graduate of Taft High School. Mary Lee was united in marriage to David Trauthwein and they enjoyed thirty years together. She liked to bike ride and bowling. She loved children and animals. She had never met a stranger.A kind and gentle lady, she leaves behind her husband, David Trauthwein; one sister, Ruth Ann (William) Bradley; a special aunt who she dearly loved, Janice Link; two nephews, Bradley Rose and Craig Rose, other family members and many friends, especially her special friends whom she loved the most, Robert Huffman and Vivian Reeves.She was preceded in death by her parents and an uncle, Stanley Link. Special thanks to Ft. Hamilton Hospital, the Gephart Center, Wellington Manor, Destiny Hospice and to the Cole’s for everything they have done. Prayer service will be 9:15 AM Saturday at the Colligan Funeral Home followed by Mass of the Christian Burial 10:00 AM Saturday at St. Julie Billiart Church. Burial in Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be Friday at the funeral home from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to a charity of the donor’s choice.
