Ronald H. Lee, age 90 of Hamilton, Ohio passed away peacefully at his residence on Sunday, April 23, 2017. Born December 14, 1926, Ron was a lifetime resident of Hamilton where he raised his family and worked as a Hamilton City Firefighter. A veteran of the US Navy, Ron was drafted at the end of his high school career and served until the end of WWII. Ron was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Donna (DeButy) Lee, his parents Harry and Leota (Piper) Lee, sister, Wanda Burns and her husband, Faris, brother, Jacque Lee and his wife, Mary, his wife’s parents, William and Martha DeButy, and his youngest daughter, Aimee Edwards. Mr. Lee leaves to cherish his memory his children, Jeffrey Lee and his wife, Patricia of Milton, Florida, daughter, Rebecca Lee of Hamilton and daughter, Jackie Lee (Jeff Mishos) also of Hamilton. Mr. Lee also leaves behind 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Grandchildren, Kristen (Steven) Santos of Charlotte, North Carolina, Justin (Ashley) Lee of Pensacola, Florida and San Antonio, Texas, and William, Tristan, Jack and Atticus Edwards all of Hamilton, Ohio. Great grandchildren, Alex Santos of Charlotte, North Carolina, Finn Lee and Jax Adamson of Pensacola, Florida. Visitation is scheduled for Friday, April 28, 2017 from 11:a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Colligan Funeral Home, 437 South 3rd Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45011. A graveside service will take place at Greenwood Cemetery in Hamilton, Ohio at 12:30 p.m. following the visitation.
