Stephen Lee

LEE, Stephen F., age 66, formerly of Hamilton, passed away Tuesday, March 4,2008 in Norton Hospital, Louisville, Ky..He was born in Hamilton on May 19,1941, the son of Ralph B. and Isabel (Broughen) Lee. Steve was a 1959 graduate of Hamilton High School. PFC Lee, USMC, served his country with honor. He was employed by Champion International for twenty-one years Steve had been a member of the American Legion, an officer in the Moose Lodge, was Past President of The Faternal Order of Eagles # 407 and was a Kentucky Colonel from 1984 til present time. Survivors include his children, Steve Lee, Sherri Blum, Michelle (Scott) Morgan, Ricky (Kristina) Cook and Victoria (Timmy) Bennett; nine grandchildren and a brother, Mike (Geanie) Lee. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Bessie (Pennington) Lee and a brother, Ralph “Bud” Lee. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, March 7,2008 at the Colligan Funeral Home, 437 So. 3rd Street with Dr. Dale French, Pastor officiating. Burial will military honors at Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM this evening at the funeral home.
