Wanda Walker

Wanda Lynn (Reynolds) Walker, 76, of Oviedo, Florida, passed away peacefully Wednesday, May 25, 2011. She was born December 23, 1934 in Barridge , Ky. Wanda grew up surrounded by the love of a large family, she was one of 13 children born to the late Raymond and Ethel (Burton) Reynolds. On December 5, 1953, Wanda married her devoted husband, Winslow Walker. They moved to Hamilton, OH and resided there until retiring to Somerset, KY. In 1995 Wanda and Winslow moved to Oviedo, FL so that they could be near their only son, Michael and his family.Wanda enjoyed baking, gardening as well as spending time with family and friends, however, her greatest joy came from the time she spent with her grandchildren, it was obvious to everyone that knew her, just how much she loved and adored them. Wanda is survived by her husband, Winslow; son Michael and daughter-in-law, Debi all of Oviedo, FL; granddaughter, Michelle Rosenfield and her husband, Joshua of Los Angeles, CA; two grandsons, Dustin Walker and David Walker both of Oviedo, FL. She was preceded in death by her infant grandson, Michael Joseph Walker on September 23, 1980. Services will be conducted 2:00 PM Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at the Colligan Funeral Home.
