DEMONGE, Annetta, age 73, of Fairfield, passed away Sunday January 4, 2009. Annetta was born in Fariston , Kentucky, the daughter of Beve and Ida Mae (Walden) Phelps. For a number of years she was secretary at Buchanan School and later she was an assistant to the school nurses. Survivors include her husband, Donald F. DeMonge ; two sons, Ronald J. (Vanessa) DeMonge and Shawn M. ( Brandy) Bokeno ; a daughter, LaDonna (Don) Davis of Florida ; four grandchildren, April, Angela, Jessica and Catie ; six great grandchildren ; two sisters, Betty Jean Jones and Sue (Walter) Hubbard and a brother, Michael Phelps. She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Thomas E. DeMonge on December 27, 2008; a daughter Barbara Ann DeMonge Heldman; grandson, Alan Bales and three brothers, Lawrence, Roger and Kevin Phelps. Friends are invited to attend Mass of the Christian Burial at 10:00 AM Friday at Sacred Heart Church, corner of Nilles and River Roads, Fairfield. Burial in St. Stephen Cemetery.
