Celeste (Rowe) Conlin, age 43, of Hamilton, passed away Friday, December 26, 2014. She was born in Middletown on June 4, 1971, the daughter of Jim and Phyllis (Smith ) Rowe. Celeste was a graduate of Lakota High School. She was a devoted wife and best friend of Owen Thomas Conlin; mother of Randal Owen and Kaitie Marie and step mother to Joseph Paul. Visitation will be Friday, January 2, 2015 at the Colligan Funeral Home from 11:00 AM Til time of services at 1:00 PM. Burial in Woodside Cemetery.
