David P. Whitehill, age 70, of Hamilton, passed away Tuesday, September 5, 2017. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio on October 28, 1946, the son of Clarence and Katheryn (Wickard) Whitehill. David was a 1965 graduate of Garfield High School. On June 10, 1967 he was married to Maxine Bynum. AE3 Whitehill, US Navy, served His country with honor from 1965-1969. He was employed at Beckett Paper Co. for 30 years. Survived by his wife of 50 years, Maxine Whitehill; children, David Jr. (Michelle), Christopher (Michele) and Anthony (Wendy) Whitehill; grandchildren, Sara Gray, Justin Keith, Christopher and Joshua Whitehill, Zoe Whitehill and Sydney and Avery Whitehill; great grandson, Noah Gray; sisters, Becky (Frank) Schmidt, Kathy Coffey and Jean Anne Robison; brothers, Mark (Erica), Dan and Scott (Vickie) Whitehill and sister-in-law, Nancy Whitehill. Visitation will be Saturday, September 9, 2017 at the Colligan Funeral Home from 9:00AM til time of service at 11:00 AM. Burial in Crown Hill Memorial Park.
