Edwin Burton, age 82, of Hamilton, passed away Sunday, January 2, 2011 at West Chester Hospital. He was born January 19, 1928 to John and Hazel (Gordon) Burton. Edwin worked as a welding engineer for G.E. for many years and also worked for Champion Paper. He enjoyed fishing especially St. Mary’s River in Barbeau, MI. He married his sweetheart, the late Wavelins (Link) Burton in 1946. Survivors include his daughter, Edwina (Deb Alexander) Burton, a sister, Louise Danford and nephews, Danny (Connie) and Billy (Laurie) Danford. Visitation will be held Friday, January 7, 2011 from 11:00 AM til time of funeral service at 1:00 PM at Colligan Funeral Home. Memorials to the family through the Colligan Funeral Home.
