Jenny Rose Rikas, age 86, of Hamilton, departed this world for her heavenly home on Monday, March 20, 2017. She was born February 27, 1931 in Hamilton to John and Thelma Rikas. She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Helen Kay Rikas and her brother, Peter (Juanita) Rikas. Survivors include two brothers, Ernest (Cassandra) Rikas, Hamilton, OH and Sam (Francess) Rikas, Auburn, IL and many devoted nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Jenny grew up in New Miami, graduated from Seven Mile High School and retired from the Office of the Butler County Clerk of Courts. She was a devout Christian and attended Calvary Church in Hamilton. She taught Sunday School and Bible School in her younger days and lovingly cared for her family members throughout the years.
Visitation will be at the Colligan Funeral Home on Saturday, March 25, 2017 from 9:00 AM til time of service at 10:30 AM with Pastor Larry Uczen officiating. Burial in Hickory Flats Cemetery in Overpeck, OH.
