Linda L. Reiff, age 70, of Middletown, passed away Saturday, April 23, 2011. The daughter of Amos and Kathleen (Curran) Blossom was born in Hamilton on September 13, 1940. Linda was a 1983 graduate of Miami University of Oxford. She had been politically active in Butler County , had been elected Trustee in Lemon Township and had attended two presidential inaugurations as a delegate.
Linda had been employed by the IRS as a tax examiner for many years. Survived by her daughter, Penny Reiff; son, Bradley (Karen) Reiff; grandchildren, Christopher, Bradley II, Stephen and Kathryn Reiff; nephew, Harold “Spunky” Parshall and niece, Debbie (Parshall) Martin. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Perry; sister, Joan Parshall and six nieces and nephews. Services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, April 28, 2011, at the Colligan Funeral Home. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday at the funeral home from 10:00 AM til time of services at 11:00 AM. Online condolences to www.colliganfuneralhome.com
