Mariangela (nee Spinelli) Venturini was called to the Lord on Monday, May 19, 2014. Born to the late Anastasia M (nee Milillo) and Donato Vito Spinelli. Beloved wife of the late Edwin L. “Ed” Venturini and the late Joseph LoBuono; sister of the late Dominic V. Spinelli (who died serving our Country) and the late Phillip Vito Spinelli. Survivors include her beloved sister-in-law, Patty Spinelli; she was a loving aunt to Anastasia Christopher, Mariangela, Jerry M., Danny V. and Dominic V. Spinelli; many grand nieces and grand nephews; step children, Paul, Michael, Tony and Elizabeth Venturini; step grandchildren; other family members and friends.
Mariangela was a Registered Nurse at Mercy Hamilton and later at Schroeder Manor. She was a lifetime member of the Altrusa Club and was also a member of St. Peter’s In Chains Catholic Church. She enjoyed volunteering her time for many different charities and loved traveling with Ed, especially to the Spinelli Army post in Germany.
The visitation will be at the Colligan Funeral Home on Thursday, May 22, 2014 from 6-8 PM. Mass will be held at St. Peter In Chains Church on Friday, May 23, 2014 at 10 AM. Following the Mass burial will be at St. Stephens Cemetery, Hamilton, Ohio.
