Tutas, Mildred J., age 89, a long time resident of Hamilton, passed away Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at Birchwood Care Center, Fairfield Township. Mildred was the daughter of Francis and Adella (Scheid) Jones and was born in Overpeck, OH on Aug. 12, 1921. She was a graduate of Seven Mile High School. On Nov. 27, 1946 she was united in marriage to Stanley A. Tutas. Mildred was a devoted mother and homemaker. She is survived by her children; two sons: Daniel (Mary) Tutas and Ronald Tutas and four daughters: Deborah (Geoff) Overley, Sue (Harold) Burch, Mara (Dave) Cawein and Lisa (Jeff) Brand; 17 grandchildren: Jessica Hartman, Matthew Overley, Angie Ash, Tim Overley, Anna Alexander, John Overley, Todd Burch, Andrew Burch, Teresa Burch, Maria Burch, Greg Cawein, Tina Pfeifer, April Abide, Katie Brand, Libby Brand, James Brand and Mary Adella Brand; 20 great grandchildren, sister-in-law Valora Jones & brother-in-law Ed Tutas. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Stanley Tutas; brothers: Bob, Melvin, James & Ray Jones; sister Edith Hinkel and other family members and friends. Visitation Friday, Jan. 28, 2011 at the Colligan Funeral Home, 437 S. 3rd Street, Hamilton from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 1:00 PM in the St. Julie Billiart Church, 224 Dayton St., Hamilton. Entombment St. Stephen Cemetery.
