Raymond A. Shiplet Sr., 78, of Hamilton, passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2016. He was born on April 11, 1937, the son of Raymond H. and Fannie H.(Willis) Shiplet. Ray was united in marriage to Norma E. Ledford. He had attended Miami University of Oxford, served His country with honor during the Korean War and had been employed for 30 years at Ralston Purina/General Mills in Sharonville. Survivors include his two sons, Ray Shiplet and David (Julie) Shiplet; three grandchildren, Brandi, Tyler and Dana of Minneapolis MN and a sister, Vicki (Bill) Combs. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and a sister Marjorie Jackson. Services are private.
