William P. Oldfield, age 88, passed away Saturday, January 5, 2019. Bill was born October 21,1930, the son of James and Winifred (Lawson) Oldfield. Cpl. Oldfield, U S Army, served His country with honor during the Korea War including one year, five months and fourteen days of foreign service. Bill and his son, Jim, owned and operated Oldfield & Son Plumbing for many years. Bill is survived by his son, James A. (Melissa) Oldfield; step daughter, Deborah Wagers; grandchildren, Jacob Oldfield, Erick Depew, Lisa Teater and Sharon Taulbee; great grandchildren and other family members. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara (Manrod) Oldfield.Visitation will be at the Colligan Funeral Home on Thursday, January 10, 2019 from 11:00 AM til time of service at noon. Interment will military honors in Greenwood Cemetery to follow.
